Collection Site Availability Updates: Last Revised- 10/8/2020
applya is committed to updating you as soon as we are aware of a collection site notice of limited hours, capacity and service limitations.  Please check this blog regularly for new updates. 
We recommend a phone call to the collection site to ensure the availability of the service required prior to sending anyone for a collection.
 
  • Do not send employees to LabCorp or Quest Patient Service Centers (PSCs) for COVI-19 testing.  They are testing for other workplace screening services.
  • Concentra – no physical fitness tests (PFTs)
  • ConvenientMD – Bellingham MA, Brunswick ME, Merrimack NH, Quincy MA
  • ConvenientMD- all locations are suspending Breath Alcohol Tests (BATs) and Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs)
  • Easy Labs-Rock Hill SC is not doing direct observations currently
