Please be advised that Patient Service Centers (PSCs), collection sites owned by LabCorp and Quest laboratories do not collect specimens to test for COVID-19. PSCs are still collecting for any other service.
Concentra locations are not providing physical fitness tests (PFT) currently per CDC guidance.
If someone suspects they have COVID-19 they should contact their healthcare provider or a Teladoc for guidance. Employees should check their healthcare benefits for Teladoc options. Some providers may offer a free Teladoc service.
As applya and our vendors learn of limitations at collection site vendors, we are updating notices and databases as soon as possible. It’s recommended to call a collection vendor ahead of time to determine their availability, capacity and potential limitations to any service. For example, some collection sites may opt-out of Breath Alcohol Testing or directly observed collections to reduce potential COVID-19 exposure to their staff.
